Anxiety And Stress

We all have anxiety and stress in our lives.  I don't think that it will ever stop completely, because it's just part of this human experience. Especially with ascension

Ascension is raising the vibration of the entire planet, which is forcing the old negative energies and vibrations to the surface, to be seen and then released.

So when you get upset, acknowledge it and accept that it's OK. Don't try to deny it and hold it in. Don't blame anyone else. Just accept that you're feeling it, without any judgement towards yourself. 

Take a deep breath and try your best to get back to this NOW moment. This moment is all that really exists. If your anxiety is about something that just happened, realize that it's over and it's already in the past. If it's a worry about the future, realize that it hasn't happened yet and it may never happen.

Try your best to reach a state of calm. Then you can look at things differently. Don't try to figure it out from the same anxious state that got you there.

Do you realize that your life is actually perfect? Everything that happens is your own Higher Self trying to SHOW you something. It's causing things to happen, in order to SHOW you where you need to shift or change. So ASK, "What is this experience trying to show me? What can I learn from this?"

This is why you're here. To learn, to experience and gain wisdom.

When you're stressed, it's clearly telling you that you need to relax. You may be taking on too many projects. Is there something that you can eliminate? Are you trying to take care of everyone else, rather than taking time for yourself. Are you willing to RECEIVE as much as you give? You do have the right to ask for assistance and it's not weakness. It's being a good receiver, which brings you into balance.

I mentioned these statements on my self love page and I'm going to mention them here again. 

"I've decided that I am a good person, therefore I'm going to pamper myself as much as possible."

"I am not going to take responsibility for where other people are, no matter who they are, no matter how related they think that they are to me." 

This may sound cruel, but we have to remember that everyone is on their own journey. Everyone came to learn or experience certain things for themselves. If it feels good and you would really like to help someone, that's fine. But unless it's a small child, it's actually not your job to take care of anyone but yourself. The biggest "miracle" of my life happened when I realized this. Show love and compassion, but it's their personal experience.

Ask yourself what really matters to you? Are you trying to control everything? Are you trying to make everything perfect? Are you afraid that someone will get upset with you? Do you beat yourself up for not getting everything done? Is the stress worth risking your health and well being?  

Do you know that doing and controlling are masculine energy. Relaxing, clearing your mind and being creative is feminine energy. We must learn to balance the two. In fact, in 2020 - 2021, the feminine energy was coming up strong. We have been in the masculine ("get it done" mode) for way too long. Could that explain the virus and lockdown? Maybe we actually needed it.

A Few Tips On Relieving Anxiety or Stress

You are here to be human, not to be perfect. Some of us chose more difficult challenges than others. Your soul simply wants to experience all that it can.

As you wake up each morning, notice where your thoughts are. These thoughts are SHOWING you something. Many say that you should start your day on a positive note. That's all fine and good if that's how you REALLY feel.

Don't deny how you feel. Take notice of where the stress and anxiety is coming from and why. That's the Universal Law of Cause and Effect. Find the cause first.

Whenever you have time, take a few minutes to just relax and take a few deep breaths. Focus on your breathing. Appreciate the well-being and the peacefulness. This will bring you to NOW. Now is where the power is. Now is the only moment that you can control anyway.

Remind yourself often that it's just an experience. There is no good, bad, right or wrong, everything just IS. If you can keep that in mind, then your anxiety and stress will begin to disappear. It takes practice, but learn to just let it go.
