Happiness is not something that you will ever find on the outside. It's an inside job. It has nothing to do with the things, the people, the possessions and the money. In fact possessions are a big part of the problem. We believe that things add value to our lives and that our success is determined by what we own and how much money we have. That is the misguided belief that society has taught us.
In fact, all of your beliefs come from the beliefs of society, which includes your parents and teachers? One example is the belief that we should grow up, get married and have kids. Why? Why is that something that you should do in order to be happy? I've been married for 41 years and we have one son. I love my husband and son very much, but take my word for it, it's not all a bed of roses.
Happiness has absolutely nothing to do with finding your true love. It has nothing to do with possessions or the conditions outside of you. Do you realize that no matter how much money you have or how wonderful your partner is or how beautiful your home is, you're never going to be completely satisfied. Life is never going to be perfect, because it's an experience. Happiness is not something that you go out and get. It is a state of being. It's the ability to just enjoy the journey of life.
Someone asked Neale Donald Walsch, how we can measure our spiritual growth. His answer was, "by noticing how little it takes to make you happy."
Years ago, I listened to a number of videos by Marisa Peer. She is the #1 hypnotherapist in the UK. She works with many successful people who have tons of money. They have the fame, the nice cars and the big houses, yet many of them are still miserable. They seem to have it all yet they're still seeking her help. According to her, the biggest thing that holds people back is thinking that there is something wrong with them. If this is your thought you may want to read the page about self love.
Remember that life is a reflection of the vibrations that you are sending out. They are being mirrored back to you.
As you read about the Law of Attraction you will hear the phrase "you have to BE, then DO and you will HAVE". It's something that you have to choose to BE. You have to remember that the Universe is reflective and what goes out, comes back to you. When you choose to BE the person that you want to be and DO what brings you joy, then things will begin to change. Things will begin to flow without effort.
I guarantee that if you feel better on the inside, then things will begin to look different on the outside. Life begins to go much more smoothly. Unfortunately, life is never going to be absolutely perfect, because this is an experience. No one is happy in every moment.
This is a choice that only you can make.
There really is no right or wrong in this world, it's how we perceive things. You can't change anything that happened in the past and you have no idea what will happen in the future. Live for NOW, live in this moment and you will find much more happiness. Now is where the power is.
Show gratitude for the beautiful weather. Even the rain. Show gratitude for all of the good things in your life. Notice how blue the sky is, how green the grass is and how beautiful the flowers are. Each day, show gratitude for the constant flow of money that comes into your life, whether it be $1 or $500.
This is the Abraham-Hicks chart of emotions. It shows you how fear, grief and despair hold us down to the absolute lowest point on the scale. We all need to get up to hopefulness, contentment and trust, then the vibrational matches will really kick in.
There is absolutely no reason for us to be holding on to anything negative. We have to learn to let go. Remember we are not victims. We created everything with our own limited thinking. If your mind keeps bringing up negativity, just tell it to STOP or say "Thanks for your input". Then go for a better thought. There is something good in everything. It's your choice on how you perceive it.
Above all, relax and have some fun.
If you question religion and you believe in channeling, you may want to read my page on Jesus. He says that he is coming through now, to tell us the truth. This is what he tried to tell us years ago, but it has been misinterpreted. It's very eye opening.
Self love is extremely important.
Do you really believe that you know what reality is?
I'm redoing my Facebook page again. If you're willing to share, what is the area of your life, that isn't working for you? It will help me to know what direction to go in next.
